Raspberry Trifle

Sweet red raspberries, toasted coconut, and notes of pink buttercream frosting layered on top of yellow sponge cake.

I've always thought Trifle's were the most beautiful deserts because they really are more like works of art! You can see the variations of ingredients, different colors of fruit or chocolates (depending on your preference). We would make trifles a lot with angel food cake and fresh raspberries. This scent reminds me of July 4th parties, a trifle dish and the mid summer carefree moments.
